Delivery

 

Currently we deliver to UK Mainland only, please stay tuned for updates on International Delivery! 

 

We aim to dispatch all online orders within 2 working days and send parcels by Royal Mail and other appropriate couriers. Please bear in mind, delivery can take longer due to Covid-19, but rest assured, your order will arrive as quickly as possible. 

Little and Light: £3.50 (1 - 2 working days) 

                          £2.50 (3 - 5 working days) 

Standard: £6.99  (3 - 5 working days)

Speedy: £10.99 (1 - 2 working days)

As soon as you have placed an order you will receive a confirmation email informing you that we have received your order. If you do not receive this email, please contact hello@orenhomeware.com

 

If an item that you have ordered is temporarily out of stock, we will get in touch with you to advise you of the earliest possible delivery date. If you are not satisfied with the delivery date you have the option of cancelling the order and we will refund you in full.

Returns and Important Information

 

Not what you expected?

If your purchase does not meet your expectations, please don’t worry, you have 14 days from receipt to return it. The item must be unused, in original packaging and with labels attached. These are the conditions of our policy and items returned in any other condition will not be refunded. 

Goods exempt from return are Gift Vouchers and Vintage items. Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges.

 

Please notify us by email before returning your item, stating the reason for the return. Do not return without contacting us first. 

 

The cost of return postage is payable by the customer, the only exception to this rule is if the item was sent by error or is being returned due to a fault. Please notify us via email if there is an error or fault within the order.

Please ensure you obtain proof of postage upon returning. We are not liable for goods lost in the post whilst being returned. Please consider using a trackable postage service, particularly if the goods are of high value.

 

Please use original packaging when returning an item, for both sustainability and product safety in transit. Failure to do so may result in a refund not being issued.

 

Faulty Goods

Our policy covers a 30-day period. You have 30 days to contact us regarding a fault, please note that beyond this time frame we cannot offer you an exchange or refund if an item is faulty.

Refunds

Refunds, issued upon receipt of returned goods (in the as stated conditions in this policy) will be made within 7 days, to the original payment method.

If your refund is not showing on your records, please do the following before contacting us –

  • Check your bank account/ payment account again

  • Contact you bank/ Credit Card company

  • There is often a delayed processing time, please account for this.
