By accessing this Website and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below. Oren reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice and any changes will apply to subsequent orders.

Making a Purchase

Contract Creation

On placing an order with Oren you will receive an e-mail confirming receipt and the details of your order. The order you place represents an offer to purchase a product which is accepted by us when we process the payment and despatch the order to you.

Any products within the same order which are not charged for or despatched are not included within that same contract.

Oren reserves the right to refuse an order at any time. This may be due to stock levels, a problem processing the payment, or an error identified within the product information supplied, including price or promotion. We will of course contact you if for any reason there is a problem with your order.

Availability and Pricing

All orders are subject to availability. You will be contacted by Oren if an item purchased is unfortunately not available.

All prices shown are correct at the time of publication. Prices are shown in GBP (£) and include VAT, currently charged at 20%.

Special Offers & Promotions

Special offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, unless stated otherwise. If a promotion is only valid for orders over a certain amount, that amount does not include delivery.

Product descriptions and display

All sizes and measurements provided are approximate to the nearest centimetre.

We supply high quality craft product that in many cases is handmade. Wood, ceramics, hand dyed and woven textiles may vary slightly in colour or other markings. We do our best to select and match as appropriate, but we cannot accept returns because of natural variations. Any special requirements for colour, matching, etc. must be provided in writing.

Payment

We accept payment via the following debit and credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB and Maestro.

To guarantee a secure shopping experience, Oren uses Wix technology. Wix offers maximum security during the payment process, and the information you give on the site will be protected. Should you have any questions or concerns please do not hesitate to contact us on hello@orenhomeware.com

Payment will be taken at the time of purchase and any additional administration or delivery costs will be charged subsequently if applicable.

A receipt will be dispatched along with your order or sent separately to the billing address if this differs to the shipping address.

Cancelled Orders and Refunds

If you wish to cancel your purchase, please contact us at hello@orenhomeware.com. If the order has been dispatched, you will need to follow the returns policy as stated below.

If you are not happy with your purchase, then you have 14 days to return it for a refund.

You will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Please ensure you obtain proof of postage upon returning. We are not liable for goods lost in the post whilst being returned. Please consider using a trackable postage service, particularly if the goods are of high value.

The item must be unused, in original packaging and with labels attached. These are the conditions of our policy and items returned in any other condition will not be refunded.

Please use original packaging when returning an item, for both sustainability and product safety in transit. Failure to do so may result in a refund not being issued.

We aim to apply all refunds & despatch exchange items within 48 hours of the day they are received, although it can take longer during busy periods such as Christmas & sale periods.

Delivery

We deliver using a variety of logistics partners depending on the size of the item and destination. While we do everything we can adhere to delivery times stated, Oren cannot be held responsible for any delays which are beyond our control. Please contact us if you need a different level of service.

We have updated our Privacy Policy in line with the new General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR") that’s now come into effect.

You are on Oren’s mailing list because you have either emailed a request to be added, opted in through our website, given your details at one of our sales, or have carried out an actual business transaction through our online shop or via email.

It is our continued promise that we will never sell or acquire personal information via third parties, and that we will continue to safeguard your personal information and never share or pass this on to others.

We will only inform you of any updates, offers or sales from Oren and we promise to keep any such marketing emails to a minimum.

You don't have to do anything if you are still happy to receive these emails and you can unsubscribe at any time. There is a link to do so on all the marketing emails we send out, or by emailing us at hello@orenhomeware or via our website at www.orenhomeware.com.
